Request data deletion

To request deletion of your Krumzi account or specific data, email hello@krumzi.com from your account email address. Tell us which account or content the request concerns. Do not include your password or sign-in codes.

Facebook and Instagram requests

Deletion requests sent through Facebook or Instagram concern your stored social-account connection information. They do not delete your Krumzi account, designs, AI history or files.

This page does not verify a request's status. Contact us with your request reference, if you have one, to check what has been deleted and what still needs attention.
