How to schedule Instagram posts
First, you need an Instagram Business or Creator account. Switching is free in Instagram's settings. Then you have three options: schedule in the Instagram app on your phone, use Meta Business Suite on a computer (it needs a Facebook Page linked to your account), or use a tool like Krumzi. The difference with Krumzi is that it also makes the post. You describe it, Krumzi designs it and writes the caption, and you pick the time. No Facebook Page needed.
